I have loved baking ever since I was little; I was always helping my mother and grandmothers in the kitchen! My baking knowledge has continued to grow by watching PBS, Food Network, and Cooking Channel. I have also taken online baking courses from King Arthur Flour and have intently studied the book, "Ratio: The Simple Codes Behind the Craft of Everyday Cooking" by Michael Ruhlman.
Creating food that can be shared with others is one of my favorite hobbies. I believe that everyday should contain some sort of baked good… and if I could survive on ice cream sandwiches alone, I would be 100% okay with that.
